The question isn't "are MIATA tires unidirectional", it's "are the tires
unidirectional."
That being said,  I don't know about the tires in question.
If they are unidirectional, it means just that.  It will be stated on the
tire, e.g., arrows, inside/outside,  or somesuch. You obviously shouldn't
put them on the opposite side of the car.
