This is a large can of worms...every one has a different opinion.  I guess
it depends on what you're looking for..  I have a 3-trumpet set of horns
from Pep Boys (39.99) that measure @130db 10 feet in front of the car.
However, loud is not exactly what I wanted, it's more of a tonal thing.  I
want to sound like a semi or a diesel locomotive or maybe a
tugboat/foghorn.
I like my horns, the install was simple and very clean (pics available if
interested), but they are temporary, until I find something else I like
better.  After I do, and figure out how to make them fit/work, the Pep Boys
horns are going in the wife's Neon (she loves the sound).

Just my opinion of course..
